Sauna Ritual Kit - Two Hats + Aroma Oil

Everything the ritual actually needs, and nothing it doesn't. Two wool felt hats and a bottle of pure aroma oil for the water.

The hats keep the heat off your scalp so you can sit through a proper session. A few drops of oil in the ladle turns the steam into something worth breathing. Bring a friend, or keep the second hat dry for your second round.

How to use the oil

Add three to five drops to a full ladle of water, then pour slowly over the stones. Never pour oil directly onto a hot stove.

Care

Hand wash the hats in cold water, reshape the crown while damp, air dry flat.
